MonkeyBones Lever Guards are a Moto GP-style lever guard system designed to stop accidental brake or clutch application during "tight" racing situations.
As they say "rubbing is racing" and for only $59.95 with Free Shipping Australia wide it's worth protecting yourself against unwanted inputs to your brake or clutch from other riders.
Plus they look cool as hell!

Internal Fitment - Fits all makes/models with hollow handlebars from 13mm - 17mm internal diameter.
Adjustable bar throw angle: 20 degrees
Length Adjustable: 125mm - 192mm
Two arm types to select from - Alloy or Nylon
This set is Left and Right-hand side

Note: MonkeyBones Lever Guards have two different arm types to select from. Both types will pass scrutineering.
1. Alloy Arms - stronger but heavier - 35 grams each - see pics
2. Nylon Arms - Carbon Fiber look - not as strong as Alloy but lighter - 20 grams each - see pics

Note: Make sure you check that your bike has the above-mentioned compatible bars before purchasing.
To check simply remove your bike's handlebar weights and check the internal diameter of the bars.
We cannot refund you if they do not fit.

Note: We are now shipping our Lever Guard sets with a better designed Handlebar fitting that looks slightly different to ones pictured in the images above.
This new fitting has a "scuffed" look. The 'scuffed' portion is designed to better grip the inside of the bar and is not visible once fitted.

Note: MonkeyBones Lever Guards have an Internal Bar Fitment (13mm - 17mm ID) insert that is compatible with our MonkeyBones Clip-on Handle Bar sets, you simply need to remove the Delron end stop from the bar. You can do this by griping the delron in a vice and gently rocking the bar backwards and forwards whilst pulling on it. Dont buy cheap lever guards off ebay, they never tighten up how they should even with mucking about with tape etc. These have a nice grippy surface {Im sure theres a proper name for it} on the bit that goes inside the bar end and does up nice and tight, job done!
